There are some in our society who have a significant advantage due to their power and money. There is no question that power and money can create an advantage in some court proceedings. Yet, under our system of justice, often times wrongs do get righted and even the biggest can fall in battle. The great equalizer is to have justice on your side. Under our jury system a just claim well presented can win despite the most overwhelming inequality of power. Our firm primarily represents individuals pursuing just claims against large organizations such as railroads, insurance companies, government or large corporations. Many of our clients have serious personal injuries; some have been deprived of the right to gainful employment; and others need help obtaining reimbursement for damage to their property such as a home or car.
